The Commercial/Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings. These filters incorporate progressive density glass or poly filter media, with a heavy-duty frame and reinforced corners that enhance strength and durability. The standard construction consists of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side utilizes open coarse fibers and the air exit side employs tighter fibers, facilitating optimal depth loading and complete media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to improve filter performance. The filters also incorporate a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures easy installation, while the interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant is used to secure the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the filter's rigidity. Special sizes are available upon request, and the filters are environmentally friendly, eliminating the need for extra metal support.
