They boast a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame for added strength and ease of installation, complemented by interlocking miter corners that provide extra durability without the need for metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and enhancing the rigidity of the filter.
