The Commercial/Industrial Fiberglass Disposable Filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, showcasing durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. Each filter features progressive density glass or poly filter media, with a heavy-duty frame and corners that enhance strength and durability. The fiberglass media is composed of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side consists of tighter fibers, enabling depth loading and optimal utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to boost performance. The filter is constructed with a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, providing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability without the need for additional metal support, making it more environmentally friendly. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and enhancing the filter's rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the installation process is designed to be user-friendly.
