The commercial/industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications with a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial needs. This product features progressive density glass or poly filter media, with a heavy-duty frame and corners that enhance strength and durability. The fiberglass media consists of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side utilizes open coarse fibers while the air exit side is made up of tighter fibers. This dual density configuration ensures proper depth loading and optimal utilization of the filter media, each fiber coated with a non-migrating adhesive to improve performance. The filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that facilitates strength and ease of installation; the interlocking miter corner design adds extra strength without needing additional metal support, making it more environmentally friendly. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and providing rigidity to the filter. Special sizes are available upon request, ensuring versatile applications.
