The Commercial / Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side consisting of open coarse fibers and the air exit side made up of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters have a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame for strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners providing additional durability and eliminating the need for extra metal supports, making them environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and adding rigidity. Special sizes are available, facilitating installation in diverse applications.
