The commercial/industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial environments. The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, consisting of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers with an open coarse fiber air entry side and a tighter fiber air exit side, allowing for effective depth loading and full utilization of the media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters are constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, which includes interlocking miter corners for added strength without the need for extra metal support, making them environmentally friendly. A thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and enhancing rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
