The filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with an air entry side fabricated from open coarse fibers and an air exit side made from tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and optimal media utilization. Coated with a non-migrating adhesive, each fiber enhances overall filter performance. The filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, providing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability without the need for metal supports, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the filter's rigidity.
