Commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings. The filters utilize progressively dense glass or poly filter media, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side made of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and full media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to optimize filter performance. The Koch C&I disposable filters are equipped with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that simplifies installation, and their interlocking miter corners provide additional strength and durability without the need for extra metal support, enhancing environmental friendliness. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and contributing to the overall rigidity of the filter. Special sizes are also available upon request.
