The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 10" W x 24" H x 1" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial environments, utilizing progressive density glass or poly filter media with dual density configuration: the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side made of tighter fibers for proper depth loading and full media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance. The filter includes a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame with interlocking miter corners for added strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and promoting environmental friendliness. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and adding rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filter is easy to install.
