The Commercial / Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings. The filters are constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is composed of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is enhanced with a non-migrating adhesive for improved performance. The filters also feature a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame for added strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners providing extra durability and eliminating the need for additional metal supports, which contributes to their environmentally friendly design. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and increasing rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
