The Steel King® SK2000® pallet rack 120"W x 42"D x 144"H add-on unit in green/orange has a load capacity of 6700 lbs. This add-on unit features high-strength tubular steel framing with built-in braces for additional support, and both the uprights and beams have a durable powder coat finish. Its tear-drop connection design is compatible with most industrial storage rack systems currently in use. The closed tube upright design provides 250% more frontal impact strength and 68% greater side impact resistance compared to an open back column, significantly enhancing product safety and stability within your facility. The unit also utilizes a three rivet connection that offers superior strength compared to the standard two rivet design. It includes 10 gauge welded base plates for reliable floor anchoring. The high-strength beams, constructed from steel with a minimum of 55,000 P.S.I., are made from continuously welded structural tubing to ensure durability and prevent moisture or debris accumulation. Additionally, 1-5/8"H step beams allow for optional decking (not included), and beam ends are equipped with a 3 rivet lock design along with a safety lock for secure installation on the uprights.
