The Scotsman® C0830SA-32 self-monitoring Prodigy Plus machine features external indicator lights that continuously communicate the operating status of the machine, ensuring confidence in its ice-making capability. Key features include innovative LED lights that inform staff when it's time to descale or sanitize, and a patented WaterSense adaptive purge control that enhances reliability by minimizing scale buildup, which extends the time between cleanings. The optional Smart-Board provides NAFEM data protocol and operational data displayed on-screen or transmitted remotely for early alerts and fast diagnosis of operating issues. Additionally, the optional Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor allows programming of ice levels for up to seven days in advance to maintain the desired amount of freshly made ice in the bin. The unit requires hardwiring, as it does not plug into a standard wall outlet, and is compatible with bins B530S, B530P, BH1100BB-A, and BH1100SS-A.
