The Scotsman® C0330MA-1 self-monitoring Prodigy Plus machine is designed with external indicator lights that continuously communicate the machine's operating status, ensuring confidence in its ice-making capability. The electrical specifications include a BTU per hour of 5,200, a maximum fuse rating of 15 amps, and a minimum circuit ampacity of 14.3 with 2 circuit wires. Key features of this machine include innovative LED lights that inform staff when it is time to descale and sanitize, as well as the patented WaterSense Adaptive Purge Control which reduces scale buildup and extends cleaning intervals. An optional Smart-Board feature offers NAFEM Data Protocol and provides valuable operational data either on-screen or via remote transmission, facilitating early alerts and quick diagnosis of operating issues. Additionally, the Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor can be programmed for ice levels for up to seven days in advance, ensuring the right amount of freshly made ice is always available in the bin. The unit uses 18 gallons of water per 100 lbs, requires hardwired installation as it does not plug into a standard wall outlet, and is compatible with bins B330P, B530P, and B530S.
