The Scotsman® C0322SA-1 self-monitoring Prodigy Plus machine features external indicator lights that continuously communicate the machine's operating status, ensuring confidence in its ice-making capability. It includes innovative LED lights that keep you informed about the machine's status, signaling when it is time to descale and sanitize. The patented WaterSense adaptive purge control enhances reliability by reducing scale buildup, thereby extending the time between cleanings. An optional Smart-Board provides NAFEM Data Protocol and additional operational data that can be displayed on-screen or transmitted remotely, allowing for early alerts and fast diagnosis of operational issues. Additionally, the optional Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor enables programming of ice levels for up to seven days in advance, ensuring the right amount of freshly made ice is always available in the bin. The unit uses 19 gallons of water per 100 lbs of ice produced and must be hardwired as it does not plug into a standard wall outlet. It is compatible with bin #B322S.
