The Scotsman® C0530MA-1 self-monitoring Prodigy Plus machine features external indicator lights that continuously communicate the machine's operating status, ensuring confidence in its ice-making capability. The machine includes innovative LED lights that inform the staff when it is time to descale, sanitize, and more. Its patented WaterSense adaptive purge control enhances reliability by reducing scale buildup and extending the time between cleanings. An optional advanced feature, Smart-Board, provides NAFEM data protocol and additional operational data, which can be displayed on-screen or transmitted remotely for early alerts and fast diagnosis of operating issues. Additionally, the optional Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor allows programming of ice levels for up to seven days in advance, maintaining the right amount of freshly made ice in the bin. The machine uses 18 gallons of water per 100 lbs of ice produced and must be hardwired, as it does not plug into a standard wall outlet. Compatible bins include B330P, B530P, and B530S.
