The CU50GA-1 by Scotsman® is designed for commercial applications, producing up to 65 lbs of full cube ice, which measures 1" x 1.13" x 1.25", ideal for enhancing any beverage without compromising flavor. This unit features a water-quality sensor that extends the time between cleanings and an intuitive control panel that provides information about the water condition. Its compact 15-inch width allows for installation in tight spaces, while the front air intake and exhaust minimize space requirements. The ice produced is gourmet in quality, uniquely shaped, crystal clear, slow melting, and odorless. The unit does not include a drain pump; however, the CU50PA-1 model is available for those requiring this feature. The energy usage is 14.4 kWh per 100 lbs, with water usage at 34 gallons per 100 lbs, and the machine is approved for outdoor use.
