The Scotsman® C0330SA-1 self-monitoring Prodigy Plus machine features external indicator lights that provide continuous communication of the machine's operating status, ensuring confidence in its ice-making capability. The electrical specifications include a BTU per hour rating of 5,200, a maximum fuse of 15 amps, two circuit wires, and a minimum circuit ampacity of 14.3. Key features include innovative LED lights that inform staff when maintenance tasks such as descaling and sanitization are required, as well as the patented WaterSense adaptive purge control that enhances reliability by minimizing scale buildup and prolonging intervals between cleanings. An optional Smart-Board feature offers NAFEM data protocol along with additional operational data that can be displayed on-screen or transmitted remotely for early alerts and quick diagnosis of potential issues. Additionally, the optional Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor allows programming of ice levels up to seven days in advance, ensuring an adequate supply of freshly made ice in the bin. The machine utilizes 18 gallons of water per 100 lbs of ice and requires hardwiring, as it does not connect to a standard wall outlet. It is compatible with bins B330P, B530P, and B530S.
