The Scotsman® C0322MA-1 Self-Monitoring Prodigy Plus machine features external indicator lights that continuously communicate the machine's operating status, ensuring complete confidence in its ice-making capability. Key attributes include innovative LED lights that inform staff when it is time to descale and sanitize, along with patented WaterSense adaptive purge control that maximizes reliability by reducing scale buildup and extending the time between cleanings. This unit also offers an optional Smart-Board which provides NAFEM data protocol and displays additional operational data on-screen or transmits it remotely, allowing for early alerts and fast diagnosis of operating issues. Additionally, an optional Vari-Smart ultrasonic ice-level control sensor lets users program ice levels for up to seven days in advance, maintaining the desired amount of freshly made ice in the bin. The machine uses 19 gallons of water per 100 lbs of ice produced, must be hardwired as it does not plug into a standard wall outlet, and is compatible with bin #B322S.
