The Scotsman's CU0415MA-1 Essential Self-Contained Ice Machine is designed to produce up to 58 lbs of ice per day and has a storage capacity of 36 lbs, making it ideal for environments such as break rooms and coffee shops where low volume ice production is needed. The unit's dimensions are compact at only 15" wide, allowing it to fit into tight spaces, and it includes an optional floor mount kit (#KUFM15) that reduces the height to 31.9" for ADA compliance. The machine operates efficiently with an energy usage of 12 kWh per 100 lbs of ice produced and a water usage of 41 gallons per 100 lbs. Key features include a unique evaporator that creates crystal clear ice cubes, a slide back door for easy access to the ice bin, and an intuitive control panel for straightforward operation. Additionally, the kit includes a cord set, an ice scoop, and 6" plastic legs. The food-zone surfaces are treated with a food-safe Agion® antimicrobial compound, and the exterior is corrosion resistant.
