The Navigator® series of rugged, multi-purpose balances is designed for a wide range of general weighing applications in laboratory, industrial, and educational settings. This powerful balance features a fast stabilization time and overload protection at four times its rated capacity, ensuring reliability in diverse weighing tasks. The unit includes a liquid crystal display (LCD) with backlight for easy reading, operates on an AC adapter (included) or 4 C batteries (not included), and offers communication options via RS-232, USB, or Ethernet (available as accessories). Its construction comprises ABS housing and a stainless steel pan, along with a transportation lock, slip-resistant and adjustable feet, and a leveling bubble for stability. Key design features include a menu and calibration lock switch, mechanical and software overload/underload protection, stability and low battery indicators, auto shut-off functionality, user-selectable print options, and user-selectable communication settings.
