The Navigator® Series is a rugged, multi-purpose balance designed for a variety of general weighing applications in laboratory, industrial, and educational settings. This powerful balance features fast stabilization time, overload protection at four times its rated capacity, and easy operation. It supports multiple applications including weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, and checkweighing. The balance is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) featuring a backlight for improved visibility. It operates using an included AC adapter or requires 4 C batteries (not included). Communication options include RS-232, USB, or Ethernet, which are available as accessories. The construction includes an ABS housing, stainless steel pan, transportation lock, slip-resistant and adjustable feet, and a leveling bubble. Additional design features comprise a menu and calibration lock switch, mechanical and software overload/underload protection, stability indicator, low battery indicator, auto shut-off, as well as user-selectable print options and communication settings.
