The CNC vertical milling machine package JTM-1050 features the Acu-Rite MillPWR G2 CNC package, which includes precision ground ball screws to eliminate backlash, ensuring precise lateral movements. It utilizes a closed-loop feedback system with Acu-Rite precision linear encoders offering a resolution of 0.00005". The powerful DC servo motor assemblies come with mounting castings and hardware, and handwheels are included for manual operation. The Acu-Rite MillPWR G2 controller is USB and Ethernet compatible, boasts simplified navigation with a 12.1" high-resolution display (1024 x 768), a 1 GHz Celeron® M processor, an expanded tool library, and datum offsets. It has a program preview feature for graphical representation before operation, a program size limit of 9,999 steps, and jog control that allows for quick table movement across axes.
