The Ry wire rope hoist is a dual speed hoist with an integrated trolley, designed for a lifting capacity of 3 tons and a lift height of 33 feet, operating at 460V. This hoist features UL listing, VFD control for both the hoist and trolley, and a no load high speed function. It is equipped with premium wire rope that includes an independent wire rope core (IWRC) with a plastic coated core, a full 360-degree rope guide, and a robust rope drum. The high-performance pull rotor motor brake ensures reliable operation, while the externally adjustable upper and lower limit switches provide convenience in customization. Additionally, it includes an electronic overload limiter, a standard upper emergency paddle limit, and a heavy-duty fan-cooled hoist motor. The system is further enhanced by standard rubber trolley bumpers, an externally adjustable trolley motor and brake, and electronic thermal motor protection. For user monitoring, a count hour meter and standard guide rollers are included, along with built-in drop stops for safety.
