The Metal Man FC130I is a 120V powered inverter flux core wire welder designed for easy use and economical operation. This welder utilizes flux core wire for welding steel materials only and does not require shielding gas, making it ideal for outdoor applications where portability is essential. Equipped with leading edge inverter technology, it offers crisp, consistent, and powerful welding performance in a lightweight and easy-to-carry unit. The inverter technology minimizes heat loss, resulting in a higher 30% duty cycle at 90 amps. The FC130I features dial adjustable wire feed speed and voltage controls, allowing it to weld steel from 18 gauge to 3/16" thick, making it suitable for home/hobbyist, construction, farm and ranch, and light industrial applications. The kit includes a MIG gun, drive rolls, .030 contact tips, a flux core nozzle, and a ground cable with clamp. The welder also comes with a Tweco 1 style gun, which has common replacement parts available for flux core welding of steel.
