Air-Care electrostatic filters are EPA registered and come in the size of 14"x25"x1" with a MERV 8 rating. These filters clean the air utilizing static electricity, which is a safe, naturally occurring phenomenon. A static charge is generated as air flows through a maze of static-prone fibers, attracting and holding airborne particles until they are released by washing. The filters feature a silver frame made from a single piece of roll-formed galvanized steel, fastened together at one corner with a single rivet, while the filter material is securely held by the fibers catching on the expanded metal support. Designed for commercial air systems that typically use banks of 20 or 40+ 2" thick pleated filters, Air-Care offers high arrestance and low resistance permanent filters as an economic alternative to disposable options.
