The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity, while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. This filter serves as a replacement for pocket filters in high humidity, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as hospitals. Available in MERV ratings of 10, 11, 13, and 15, it comes in box-style and single header configurations with depths of 6" or 12". The galvanized steel frame enhances its durability, making it suitable for use as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. This robust filter is particularly effective in withstanding unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) settings.
