The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter featuring high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity. Its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. Suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems, it serves as a replacement for pocket filters when conditions require a rigid filter, or in high humidity environments including commercial and industrial buildings, as well as hospitals. The filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings in a box-style and single header design, with options for 6" or 12" depths. The galvanized steel frame allows it to be used as either a pre-filter or final filter depending on the application. The robust filter construction withstands unfavorable conditions, especially variable air volume (VAV) systems. Warranty information is provided according to manufacturer terms.
