The synthetic rigid cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter designed for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including hospitals, and is suitable as a replacement for pocket filters in conditions requiring a rigid filter or in high humidity environments. It features high lofted ultrafine synthetic media that provides excellent dust holding capacity while its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream. The filter is available in MERV 10, 11, 13, and 15 ratings and comes in a box-style and single header design with 6" or 12" depths. The frame is made of galvanized steel, providing robustness to withstand unfavorable conditions, especially in variable air volume (VAV) applications.
