The pocket is constructed of an ultra-fiberglass fiber media, which is bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. These medium to high efficiency filters can be utilized in various commercial and industrial applications, as well as specialty applications such as oil mist collection, fume collection, and the collection of heavily concentrated airborne contaminants. They are suitable for use as either a primary or secondary filter in HVAC systems, hospitals, automotive, and biotechnology environments. The filters come in a wide range of sizes, depths, and number of pockets, featuring an open throat design for optimum air flow, a low initial pressure drop, and superior dust holding capacity. The galvanized steel header and J-channels provide added strength to the filter.
