This kit features legs constructed from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel, with both legs and crossbracing made from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are designed with a 5/8" thick polyethylene material that is safe for high temperatures up to 180°F, making it suitable for dishwashing and steam cleaning applications. An option for thicker 3/4" poly tops is also available. The design includes hat channels that help to deaden sound and reinforce the top to maintain a level work surface. The frame for the poly top is made from 1-1/4" square tubing, and the unit is equipped with standard bullet feet.
