The kit includes 16 gauge 304 stainless steel legs and crossbracing made from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are 5/8" thick polyethylene, safe for high temperatures up to 180°F, and suitable for dishwashing and steam cleaning. An option for thicker 3/4" poly tops is also available. The design features hat channels that deaden sound and reinforce the top, ensuring a level work surface. The frame for the poly top is constructed from 1-1/4" square tubing, and it comes with standard bullet feet.
