The kit includes 16 gauge 304 stainless steel legs with legs and crossbracing made from 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are constructed from 5/8" thick polyethylene, which is high-temperature safe up to 180°F, and they are suitable for dishwashing and steam cleaning. Additionally, there is an option available for thicker 3/4" poly tops. The design features hat channels that deaden sound and reinforce the top to maintain a level work surface. The frame for the poly top is made from 1-1/4" square tubing and it is equipped with standard bullet feet.
