The kit includes a durable 16 gauge 304 stainless steel undershelf and legs, with legs and crossbracing made of 1-5/8" diameter 16 gauge stainless steel tubing. The tops are constructed from 5/8" thick polyethylene, which is high-temperature safe up to 180°F and designed for dishwashing and steam cleaning, with an option for thicker 3/4" poly tops available. Hat channels are incorporated to deaden sound and reinforce the top, ensuring a level work surface. The undershelf is positioned 10" above the floor, and the frame for the poly top is made from 1-1/4" square tubing, featuring standard bullet feet.
