The Omni Metalcraft Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor is designed with a robust construction featuring 1.9" diameter x 9 gauge steel rollers installed on 4" centers, providing a total length of 25 feet and an effective width of 48 inches. This model, designated as CDLR1.9X9-48-4-25-F30-0.5, is equipped with a 1/2 HP motor capable of operating at 208-230/460 VAC in a 3-phase configuration, delivering a conveyor speed of up to 30 feet per minute. The drive is mounted side high, and six supports ensure the top of the roller is positioned at a height of 36" +/- 3". The conveyor can accommodate a capacity of 126 lbs. per roller and 229 lbs. per foot.
