The Omni Metalcraft chain driven live roller conveyor, model CDLR1.9X9-36-4-25-F30-0.5, measures 25’ in length and has an effective width of 36". It features 1.9" diameter, 9 gauge steel rollers positioned on 4" centers, with the rollers elevated on the idler side. This conveyor operates at a speed of up to 30 feet per minute and is powered by a 1/2 HP motor compatible with 208-230/460 VAC in a 3-phase configuration. The drive is mounted side high, and the conveyor is supported by six supports for a top roller height of 36" +/- 3". It has a roller capacity of 203 lbs per roller and a total capacity of 238 lbs per foot.
