The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt is designed with a composite, multi-purpose construction that effectively resists oil and heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt features Gates curves, which ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove to promote uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. The flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt, allowing for equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the patented Flex-Weave cover offers a longer cover life by providing extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. This product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity, as well as oil and heat resistance.
