The Tri-Power Classical Section Molded Notch V-Belt is engineered with Gates' proprietary construction, offering an exceptional balance of flex and load carrying capacity with minimized stretch that leads to reduced maintenance needs. This belt is designed for optimal performance in demanding heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives, particularly in applications requiring small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The molded notches enhance suitability for drives with smaller sheave diameters, while the machined belt edge ensures even contact with sheave grooves, minimizing slip and wear. Flex-bonded cords provide a robust bond to the belt body, ensuring equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stresses without deterioration of the cords. The belt complies with RMA oil and heat resistant standards and meets RMA static conductivity requirements. Available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, the Tri-Power belts longer than 210 inches feature a banded, cut notch construction.
