The Tri-Power classical section molded notch V-belt is constructed with Gates proprietary materials, providing a superior combination of flex and load carrying capacity while minimizing stretch for reduced maintenance needs. This belt offers exceptional performance for heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is particularly suitable for industrial applications requiring small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The molded notches enhance compatibility with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures consistent groove contact, resulting in decreased slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are securely attached to the belt body, allowing for uniform load distribution and improved bending stress absorption without compromising cord integrity. This V-belt meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards as well as RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with those longer than 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction. This product is applicable for use in Caterpillar 330 systems and Caterpillar 6-cylinder 638 diesel fans.
