The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction designed to resist oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt incorporates Gates curves that ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, promoting uniform loading, uniform wear, and extended belt life. It is equipped with flex-bonded cords that are strongly bonded to the belt body, allowing for equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. The patented Flex-Weave cover offers longer cover life and protects the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. Additionally, this belt meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity as well as oil and heat resistance.
