The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt is constructed with a composite, multi-purpose material designed to resist oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including V-flat drives. This belt features Gates curves, which provide adequate cord support and ensure full contact with the sheave-groove, resulting in uniform loading, uniform wear, and enhanced belt life. The flex-bonded cords are securely attached to the belt body, promoting equal load distribution and absorbing bending stress without deterioration. Additionally, the patented Flex-Weave cover enhances cover longevity, offering increased protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat.
