The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt is designed with a composite, multi-purpose construction that offers resistance to oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for various industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt incorporates Gates curves that ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, promoting uniform loading and wear, thereby enhancing belt life. It features flex-bonded cords that are strongly bonded to the belt body, allowing for equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without causing cord deterioration. Additionally, the patented Flex-Weave cover extends cover life and provides robust protection to the belt core against oil, dirt, and heat.
