The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction that resists oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt is designed with Gates curves that provide proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, ensuring uniform loading, wear, and increased belt life. The flex-bonded cords are securely bonded to the belt body, facilitating equal load distribution and absorption of bending stress without deterioration. Additionally, the Flex-Weave cover is a patented fabric construction that enhances cover life, offering extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. The belt meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity, oil, and heat resistance. It is applicable for the 2007-05 Hino 185 and the Hino J05D-TA diesel for fan and alternator use.
