The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction designed to resist oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. It utilizes Gates curves to ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, resulting in uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. The flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the belt's body, allowing for equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the Flex-Weave cover employs a patented fabric construction that enhances cover life and provides extended protection for the belt core against oil, dirt, and heat. This product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity, oil, and heat resistance.
