The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt is constructed with a composite, multi-purpose design that provides resistance to oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it ideal for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. It features Gates curves that ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, promoting uniform loading, wear, and enhanced belt longevity. The flex-bonded cords are securely attached to the belt body, allowing for equal load distribution and absorption of bending stress without deterioration of the cords. The patented Flex-Weave cover offers extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat, while meeting or exceeding RMA standards for static conductivity, oil, and heat resistance.
