The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction that resists oil and heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. It incorporates Gates curves that ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove for uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. The Flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt, promoting equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the Flex-Weave cover is a patented fabric construction that extends cover life and provides protection to the belt core against oil, dirt, and heat. This product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity and oil and heat resistance. It is applicable for John Deere GX85 traction systems.
