The Tri-Power Classical Section Molded Notch V-Belt is constructed with Gates proprietary technology, providing a superior combination of flex and load carrying capacity with reduced stretch, leading to minimized maintenance needs. This belt is designed for optimal performance on heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is particularly advantageous for applications requiring small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The molded notches enhance its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined edge ensures even sheave groove contact, thereby reducing slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt, ensuring equal load distribution and effective absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. This product meets RMA oil and heat resistant standards and complies with RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are offered in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with those longer than 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction.
