The Tri-Power Classical Section Molded Notch V-Belt is constructed with Gates proprietary technology, delivering an exceptional blend of flex and load carrying capacity while minimizing stretch for reduced maintenance. It is specifically engineered for challenging heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is ideal for various industrial applications, particularly those with small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The belt features notches molded during manufacturing, enhancing its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge facilitates even sheave groove contact, leading to diminished slip and wear. Flex-bonded cords ensure a robust bond to the belt's body, promoting equal load distribution and absorbing bending stress without deteriorating the cords. This V-belt complies with RMA oil and heat resistant standards and adheres to RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with any length exceeding 210 inches constructed as a banded, cut notch assembly. The applications it supports include Crary, 500, and Rotor.
