The Tri-Power classical section molded notch V-belt is constructed with Gates proprietary technology, featuring a superior combination of flexibility and load carrying capacity, along with minimal stretch for reduced maintenance. This heavy-duty belt is optimized for A, B, and C section industrial drives, making it suitable for all industrial applications, especially where small or sub-minimal sheave diameters are required. Notches molded into the belt during the manufacturing process enhance its suitability for drives with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures even sheave groove contact, minimizing slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are effectively bonded to the belt body, facilitating equal load distribution and absorbing bending stress without deterioration. The belt complies with RMA oil and heat resistant standards and meets RMA static conductivity requirements. Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with lengths exceeding 210 inches constructed as banded, cut notch belts.
