The Tri-Power classical section molded notch V-belt is engineered with Gates proprietary construction, offering an exceptional blend of flex and load-carrying capacity while minimizing stretch, which reduces maintenance needs. This belt is designed for optimal performance in demanding heavy-duty A, B, and C section industrial drives and is particularly effective for applications with small or sub-minimal sheave diameters. The molded notches facilitate usage with smaller diameter sheaves, while the machined belt edge ensures consistent sheave groove contact, reducing slip and wear. The flex-bonded cords are securely attached to the belt body, promoting equal load distribution and resilience against bending stress without cord deterioration. This product meets the RMA oil and heat resistant standards as well as the RMA static conductivity requirements. Additionally, Tri-Power belts are available in AX, BX, and CX sizes, with belts longer than 210 inches featuring a banded, cut notch construction. The belt is suitable for various applications, including Carrier, Ultima, and all applicable engines, and includes a warranty for added assurance.
