The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction designed to resist oil and heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging. It is suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. Gates curves ensure proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, resulting in uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. The flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt, promoting equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the Flex-Weave cover incorporates a patented fabric construction for extended cover life, providing protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. This belt meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity and oil and heat resistance.
